India Launches Semicon 2.0 Portal and Announces 12 Approved Applicants

On 6 November, the Union Electronics and IT Minister launched the Semicon 2.0 web application portal and announced 12 approved applicants under the Electronics Components Manufacturing Scheme. Individual project values were not disclosed in the announcement. The initiative creates opportunities for semiconductor suppliers, technology firms and manufacturing partners.
